3 Ways To Exercise At Home When You’re A Mom
Since I became a Mom, it has been more than difficult to find time for exercising or working out, leave apart going to the Gym. Stepping out of the house even for a morning walk is so tiring and exhausting that I prefer sleeping in for 30 more minutes than moving out of the house.
I’m sure same is the case with most of the Moms who are either new Moms or are well into the journey of motherhood – tied up with chores and responsibilities from all ends!
In such a case, I believe that there are these 3 ways to exercise at home when you’re a Mom:
1. 5 Minute Yoga for Busy Moms
It is ideally recommended that one should practice Yoga daily for at least 30 minutes. But, Moms are an exception to all such cases and I have tried to bring down that figure of 30 to FIVE! Yes! Read on to see my infographic on 5 Minute Yoga for Busy Moms! I would personally recommend all Moms to practice ‘at least’ those poses if they are not able to take out time for the 30 minute session!
2. Hiring a Personal Trainer
If you Mummas think that you have the willingness to work out, but need some external push or don’t really have to time to step out or can’t leave your kid alone while you sweat it at the gym, then the next best option for you is to hire a personal trainer! If you reside in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad or Surat – then you should visit http://fitnessjoy.in and book yourself a personal session by a fitness expert – to be conducted within the comforts of your home!
3. Workout Parties
Yes! Doesn’t that sound like a cool idea? You, along with a group of your mom friends can organize a workout party twice or thrice a week, where all of you can meet at one Mom’s place and workout for half an hour or more. All the kids can either join you or enjoy playing with each other as you sweat it.
